Professional Product Photos and eCommerce Shop Design Services

I specialize in WooCommerce and primarily use WordPress but I also have experience in creating Shopify sites (See BassMunitions.com for a Shopify sample).

Most web designers stay away from using Shopify due to limited design and shop functions. However, I believe in giving the customer what they want and what will best benefit you. And sometimes that means making it easier for the client to self manage their own site by helping them get started with Shopify. In short, if you want to manage your own site, I recommend Shopify. If you have a competent web master on staff then go the WooCommerce route.

In addition to full service eCommerce I offer package deals for a complete shop building from the ground up from scratch.

Billboards are on a first come first serve basis, I have limited monthly availability. Contact me to schedule a consultation and I will try to fit your campaign into my ad rotation. However once your ad design is completed and approved it’s as easy as a click of a button to start and resume your campaign given your set daily budget.

It has taken me a bit of research and time to learn the ins and out of creating merch and clothing. I’ve learned not to be cheap when it comes to getting your logo onto some clothing. Team Work

I have a few select professionals I collaborate with to assist in additional needs. Such as drone video footage, professional video, photography and audio. I have a working relationship with several local printers for printed advertising, clothing and signage.

Philosophy

Quality over quantity. I choose to work with one client at a time. This is my vision, my art, I’m an artist first. So rest assured, if I am working with you, your site is getting my undivided attention until completion. Between major projects I fill in with photoshoots, marketing designs and updating clients websites, time permitting.

I am attention to detail oriented, fast turn around and superior quality is my goal, however I will not compromise quality for quantity. Compared to other designers and even some marketing firms who have uninspired employees working for them; they often produce lesser quality designs and can take months to do what I can do in a couple weeks. This is my art. My art comes first, not money.

About AJ Media Magic

I am Alex C. Johnson, folks call me AJ.

I graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2014 with a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) with an emphasis in Integrated Marketing Communications. During university I worked as a marketing manager for a musical instrument store and also managed the business’s website and ecommerce store. I have two decades of experience building, managing, maintaining and designing websites. I made my first website in the early 2000’s as a kid – so web design has been a long lasting passion since childhood.

At ETSU I took an interest in branding and marketing communications and was offered the unique opportunity to directly be involved in the rebranding of ETSU.

I’ve experimented with many different guerilla marketing tactics, such as viral video marketing. I was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live for a viral video I made in 2014. In 2016 another viral video I made for the musical instrument store was a huge hit and garnered national media attention. Additionally one of my newspaper advertisements for the store was shown on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. My total video views combined are in the 10’s of millions. One video alone has 5M+ views on YouTube. I learned the secret to creating viral content back in the early days of YouTube.

More recently, I lived in San Diego and worked as a film producer. I have comprehensive knowledge of the movie making process which directly translates to professional video for your business. See my IMDb page for my full list of film credits.

My interest in “elite branding” lead me to develop my own experimental watch brand, AJ Christoph. This was were the AJ logo initially came from and this endeavor also offers insight into my philosophy of accuracy and attention to detail. “All watches tell time, but what separates a luxury brand is the finely tuned accuracy and the attention to detail.” The websites I make are finely tuned to best represent each individual client and it is this level of attention to detail that separates me from other designers.

AJ Media Magic is just me for now and some of my friends, colleagues and network connections. Maybe I will expand. But I’ve learned, if you want it done right, do it yourself.

However in comparison to other designers and even some marketing firms who often charge more and yet still deliver a product with “more to be desired.” – I am very affordable.
